Lowry Area information

This 3 square mile neighborhood is relatively new to Denver. Completed in 2011, Lowry encompasses 4500 residences made up of condos, townhomes and single family homes. The development is mixed use with two million square feet of commercial buildings and 800 acres of parks and open space. The development is currently 80% built-out.

Lowry was a hugely successful infill development that transformed an original air force base to an award winning neighborhood community. The development creatively chose to leave historic military buildings throughout the development to give it a unique personality. For those buyers looking for new construction and modern amenities, Lowry has it all.

One of the best features is the town center, offering a grocery store, Starbucks and several boutique shops. Developers were careful to include mature landscaping and a charming storefront atmosphere that would lead you to believe Lowry was an older in town neighborhood.

The neighborhood includes both reputable public and private school options. Lowry residents are fortunate to have the best of all worlds and still be only 15-20 minutes from downtown Denver and the Denver Tech Center.
