This 20 square block neighborhood combines charming tree lined residential streets with Denver’s premier shopping and restaurant district. Originally the neighborhood was characterized by a variety of architectural styles – Bungalows, Tudors and Victorians. Although some of the older homes remain today, the trend and majority of the neighborhood consists of newly developed condos, townhomes and single family properties.
